Common Questions
How many people can join one room?
Explorer supports up to 5, Creator up to 25, and B Suite up to 50 — the largest self-serve room size. Enterprise (MaaS) supports custom sizing.
Can everyone in a room have their camera and microphone on at once?
Not at full room capacity on larger tiers. Safely supporting everyone live on both audio and video at once is validated only up to around 16 concurrent users, regardless of plan.
Can an Activation hold more than 50 people?
Yes — up to 200 concurrent users on any plan, but this requires a request so the capacity can be provisioned for that event.
What's the difference between Creator and B Suite?
Creator is built for teams running events on the standard platform. B Suite adds a branded subdomain, the full Pages App, and higher limits on projects, Activations, and storage.
What is Metaverse as a Service (MaaS)?
MaaS is the Enterprise plan — running the full platform on your own domain with complete white-label branding, custom limits, and dedicated onboarding.
Are Instant Access and E-commerce/resale included in Enterprise?
No — both are optional paid add-ons available only on the Enterprise (MaaS) plan, not bundled by default.
